EMDR Consultation
Over a decade ago, I began my EMDR journey. Two maternity leaves, countless CEs, and extreme personal and professional growth later, and I am ready to be a consultant.
My private practice works heavily with people who would typically be skeptics of therapy. I enjoy working with military veterans, veterinarians, and people struggling with job-related stress responses.
As a consultant, I love to pull out your strengths. We recognize what you are doing well and build on it. I encourage individual style while sticking to the model (a hard balance to find at times). I encourage you to explore while remaining direct when needed.
I am currently a CIT (consultant-in-training) working with Trauma Therapy Institute on my consultation status. I feel comfortable knowing I am growing with strong consultation of consultation support.

Price:
$90 per 1.5 hour session.
I know that all these hours and training add up. I truly and honestly want people to love EMDR as much as I do. I keep my cost low for this reason. If cost is an issue, please discuss this with me.
What you can expect:
Review of at least one video you think you did well in and one you have questions about. We do not always know the questions we need to ask so showing one you did well in can be very helpful.
A safe space to ask questions and consult about specific clients. We will brainstorm together when you are stuck
Space given to the weird EMDR is weird. If we don’t give space for the weird, it's hard to trust the model.
Science: If we don’t understand why or how, we will look at the research. Why recreate the wheel if we don’t have to?
