Below each pricing option you will see an estimate for 15 hours of therapy. Not all individuals need 15 hours of therapy and some need more. This is an estimate based on average.
$150 per hour
This applies to traditional one-hour-a-week sessions
15 hours weekly for one hour = $2250
$125/hr Intensive
It is a 4-8 hour session in which we work through trauma or anxiety. Many people prefer this method as it allows for easy scheduling and a month or more worth of work to be done in one day.
Below is a sample total cost of an example of how intensive EMDR treatment may look:
3 hour-long setup sessions = $450 ( or covered by insurance
1 six hour long emdr session= $750
1 four hour long emdr session= $500
1 follow up sessions= $0

I can take most major insurance providers. The cost of your visit would depend on your insurance plan. Insurance limits sessions to a traditional weekly hour-long session.
